Research impact of technology on socio-economic development, collect & analyze data, supervise research assistants, confer with management & clients on results of research & propose solutions. Requires a Master's in Social Work, Sociology, International Relations, Economics or Development + 4 years experience in program evaluation, project management & institutional development.
