Feasibility Study for Women's Training Center
Project Manager, ICT Development Consultant
Together with other members on the team, worked on preparation of the Feasibility Study of the IT Women Training in Tashkent State University for Information Communication Technologies in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Duties included: management of the local team of 6 experts; identification and establishment of the contacts with project strategic partners (both local and in the United States); contribution to the preparation of the Center's Business Plan and Investment Memorandum.
KYRGYZSTAN: Feasibility Study for E-government Development
Project Manager, E-Government Development Expert
Together with other members of American and local teams worked on the preparation of the Feasibility Study of E-government Development in Kyrgyzstan. Duties included: management of the local team of 8 experts; development of the conceptual design and definition of the technical requirements for country-wide e-government program; preparation of the strategic e-government plan; evaluation and advising on Kyrgyz e-government training resources.
UZBEKISTAN: Uzbek Railway Telecommunications System Modernization Project
Local Team Coordinator
Together with the members American and Uzbek team worked on the preparation of Uzbek Railway Strategic Development Plan for the years of 2003-2008. Specific duties included: management of local team of 3 experts; provision of market specific inputs to the strategic plan; contribution to the development of a five year financial model for Uzbek railway to support the recommendations of the strategic plan; development, keeping track and reporting on project budget.

- Identification and planning of ICT related intervention projects through consultations with the
government, international organizations and other stakeholders, building consensus among ICT
stakeholders in the country on priorities and UNDP intervention models;

progress reports and other programme related documentation;
- Initiation, coordination and preparation of the ICT4D related researches, marketing and
feasibility studies, policy papers;
- Identification of training needs, design and provision of specific ICT trainings for various
target audiences (act in a capacity of both an organizer and instructor)
- Initiation and organization of the thematic round tables/conferences for governmental officials
and ICT development stakeholders

- Assistance/monitoring countries' Project Documents development (Strategy Papers, Business Plans, Concept Notes, Terms of Reference for team members)
- On-line content manager for the Country Gateway web sites (Uzbekistan, Pakistan, West Bank Gaza, Romania, Viet Nam)
- Quality control of about 60 country views

Major duties included:
- Keeping track of finances of the project budget
- Planning financial resources, preparation of the budget revisions and handling financial reporting
