Steve Mays is a dynamic and innovative IT professional with 10+ years combined solid experience as a Senior Manager, Software Developer, Inventor, and Systems Architect for IT organizations for the following organizations: Novo Interactive, Xamplify, Inc., Broderbund Software, Havas Interactive, Industrial Light and Magic (Lucas Digital, Ltd), and Bozell Advertising. His Start-up experience includes being IT Director and Founder for Gloss.Com, as well as CIO/CTO of Xamplify.com. He has experience and expertise in creating and restructuring of IT organizations for maximum productivity and efficiency, and managing of IT operating budgets to $10 million.

Mr. Mays was the technical lead for T/TI's projects in Central Asia. He developed the e-Government infrastructure plan for Kyrgyzstan, and specified the equipment for the government IT network and advised on the national communications network infrastructure. On the T/TI feasibility study for the Central Asia Center for Women's Training in Telecommunications and IT, Mr. Mays specified the equipment and designed the training facility and laboratories at Tashkent University of Information Technology.
